Fitness, created by Felix Ojeda, a seasoned instructor with 12 years of experience in Latin dance and fitness, is an embodiment of celebration and unity. ‘Palango!’ is short for ‘Pachanga Latin Workout and Go!,’ with ‘Pachanga’ representing the spirit of coming together and celebrating—a cherished concept in Hispanic and Caribbean cultures.
